Working with people

Ortto’s people feature provides you with access to all of your Ortto account’s customer/people data, where this data has been generated from the people who interact with the data sources configured through your Ortto account. This typically includes people with user accounts in these data sources.

Your Ortto account’s people data and associated organization data is known as your customer data platform (CDP). This forms the centralized source of truth for all information related to your customers and people managed through your Ortto account.

Access the people page

To access Ortto’s People page:

1. Ensure you are signed in to Ortto.
2. On this page, you can manage all aspects of your CDP’s customer data in Ortto, including the ability to:
   • add people,
   • manage people, which includes:
     • managing tags and exporting, archiving and deleting people,
     • viewing and editing a person,
     • managing people’s phone numbers,
     • system person fields,
     • Salesforce fields,
     • Pipedrive fields,
     • Hubspot fields,
     • Magento 2 fields,
     • Squarespace fields,
     • Calendly fields,
     • Chargebee fields,
     • Stripe fields,
     • Intercom fields, and
     • Zendesk fields.
   • create custom fields and sections.
